Application process

Phone for a short phone screening and an appointment for on site or phone service. Those with disabilities who are under 18 must have a parent or guardian call for them.

Fee

Fixed fee; if unable to pay agency will provide referrals to agencies/programs that may help pay for the service.

Provides information, education, training, employment, recreation services, and independent living services to people with disabilities so that they can live in their own homes, participate in community life, and find and maintain stable employment.
