Subsidized recovery housing for human trafficking surviviors. Salvaiton Army manages the intake and provides on site case management, but doesnot own the property. Residents pay 30% of their income towards rent. 52 Subsidized Apartments, 5 are two-bedroom for families, 47 are one bedroom apartments.

Offers support with food pantry, rental assistance, utility bill assistance, holiday food and toys, free after school tutoring, summer day camp, 24 hour hotline support and comprehensive case management for survivors of trafficking. Pathway of Hope program provides intensive case management services for families seeking to exit generational poverty.
