Eligibility

Individuals with an active City of Columbus water or sewer account in their name (or spouse's name). Must meet income guidelines, 200% of FPL, or already be enrolled in SNAP, Ohio Medicaid, HEAP, OWF, or are receiving public housing benefits. .
