Housing Flex Funds | Anthem Insurance Companies
Provides assistance for issues that may contribute to eligible individuals becoming homeless. Service may include payment for up to three months of rental arrears, rent payment, rent deposit, payment for utility bills (electric, gas) and other qualifying expenses. Amount of assistance will vary depending on the situation.

Application process
Must be referred by a case worker at a community-based organization such as a homeless shelter, mental health agency, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or other community-based non-profit that applicants may have an ongoing relationship with. Case workers can email to learn more about the referral process for this program (potential applicants can give the email address to their case worker if the worker doesn't already have it).
