Offers classes for adults with limited English to learn listening, speaking, reading and writing skills with an emphasis on developing the level of communication competence that is essential for a workplace environment. Through a partnership with Lorain County Community College (LCCC), English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes offered by LCCC staff.
