- Serves residents of Portage County. - Must have household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. - Must have an urgent need for youth clothing. Assistance will only be granted in cases where there has been a natural or residential disaster, family reunification, or where the parent has been the victim of domestic violence. - Must be referred to County Clothing Center prior to approval. - Families are eligible once in a twelve month period.

- Completed PRC application. - Invoice/document from store provider listing each item separately and price for each item. - Verification of urgency for clothing. - If needed, Agency will help clients pay for any other required documentation that the client does not already have.
