Application process

Call the office or visit the website for information and application. - Note: Client will receive notice of approval or denial within 30 days (most often the wait is much shorter).

Eligibility

- Serves residents of Portage County. - Must have household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. - Must have an urgent need for youth clothing. Assistance will only be granted in cases where there has been a natural or residential disaster, family reunification, or where the parent has been the victim of domestic violence. - Must be referred to County Clothing Center prior to approval. - Families are eligible once in a twelve month period.
