Offers single-occupancy, handicapped accessible apartments for adults who are physically disabled. Provides 24-hour on-call resident assistant who can provide assistance and support to residents. Units are one bedroom apartment complexes located near The Ohio State University campus. Every apartment is specially designed with shower stalls, countertops, door pulls, and has conveniently placed switches and thermostats. Kitchens have a microwave, full-size refrigerator, stove top and disposal.
