Information/referral for diabetic clients who may be in need of financial assistance for diabetic supplies, medications or shoes and custom insoles. Scholarships available to Type 1 diabetic patients ages 4-18 who are interested in attending Lifecare Alliance Camp Hamwi (day and overnight camping). Board members and volunteers needed. Board meets quarterly usually on Monday afternoons at 5:30 pm.
