Application process
Service will be offered on first court date arraignment, and may be requested at court dates afterward. If client requests service, forms will be given to the client to fill out. Phone for further information.

Adults age 18 and older who are facing a criminal case in the Bedford Municipal Court and who are found to be in financial need as determined by the court. Hardship includes indigent, disabled, and/or non-working.
