All customers obtaining or renewing a driver license or ID card will be asked if they would like to be an organ, eye and tissue donor.

Eligibility

Minors 15? to 18 years of age can join the Ohio Donor Registry, but a parent can amend or revoke the decision in the event of a minor's death.
