Provides assistance with paying for repairs and/or modifications, such as heating systems, plumbing and/or septic issues, hot water tanks, water taps and lines, hazardous electrical systems, severely deteriorated roofs, walls, and floors, ramps for accessibility, and kitchen and bathroom modifications for accessibility. Weatherization and beautification services CANNOT be provided. Service can be to residence only, no outbuildings, garages, etc.
