Accepts all major public and private insurance (including medicare and medicaid) and offers a sliding scale fee for all services for those who do not have adequate insurance.

Provides primary care, dentistry, and behavioral health services. Accepts all major public and private insurance, and offers a sliding scale fee for those without insurance. In addition to primary care, specialty services include: HIV/AIDS Specialty Care, Trans Health, LGBTQ Relevant Care, PrEP/PEP Treatment, Women’s Health, HIV/STI Testing, Hep C Testing. The Behavioral Health team offers Psychiatry and Individual Psychotherapy. Dentistry services include emergency dental care; preventative care (exams, x-rays, cleanings, oral cancer screening, oral hygiene instruction & education); and restorative care (fillings, crowns, dentures, partials, simple extractions, simple root canals.
