Open to:

  • Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or up to 6 months postpartum
  • Children up to 5 years old

Individuals must also have a household income at or below 185% of the federal poverty level OR currently be receiving Medicaid, Ohio Works First (OWF), or Food Stamps.,
