Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. This will take however long is needed. It could be anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour.

Application process
When you first come in for your appointment, you will meet the front desk worker. She will get all of your information and ID cards. You will then see a physician. They will do a urine test and then diagnose. At this time, you will be sent to the counselor who will then begin working on assessments so that we can begin building your individualized service plan. Once this is completed, you will meet with the case manager for any resources that you need.
Fees
Accepts Medicaid only at this time.

During case management, we will find any resources you need and help you get set up for different needs. We can help get transportation, insurance, find food pantries, etc.
