Purpose is to alleviate the effects and causes of poverty through a variety of programs that serve low-income families, children, and older adults. Serves as an application site for the Ohio Dept. of Development's seasonal energy programs (Emergency HEAP, Summer Crisis Program, and PIPP Plus).
