- Serves those with a juvenile record that they want expunged. Cases must have been processed through the Carroll County Common Pleas Court Juvenile Division.
- Must be at least two (2) years after termination date of probation or date of last court appearance.

Accepts filings for expungements of juvenile records. An expungement allows a criminal case to be removed from the records (records are sealed) of persons who have committed a crime, have been convicted of a crime, who have been found not guilty, or whose case has been dismissed. A motion for an expungement may be filed by a defendant or lawyer and must be ordered by the court. Expungements do not apply for all situations or crimes.
