Eligibility

Adults age 65 or older and considered legally blind or disabled, or persons of any age who receive SSI or SSD. Must live in Ohio and be a U.S. citizen. Financial eligibility takes into account both income and resources, and is set at 75% Federal Poverty Level. Anyone who receives SSI will automatically qualify for Medicaid.
