Offers subsidized rides for Medina County Transit's Medina, Wadsworth, and Brunswick City loop, as well as curb-to-curb transport for individuals to necessary appointments and destinations such as nutrition sites, medical appointments and grocery shopping (once per week). Wheelchair-lift vehicles are available. Offers volunteer driven non-emergency medical transportation, if available.

- The Loop Route Medina runs Monday - Friday: 5:30am to 6:00pm. - Brunswick Route runs Monday - Friday: 5:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday: 7:00am to 7:00pm. - Wadsworth Route runs Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 2:30pm. - Individual pick-up is available 6:00am to 7:00pm and must be arranged at least 2 weeks in advance.

Application process
- Call the office Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm for more information or to schedule an in-home assessment. - Following assessment, those who qualify will have a card provided to them and, if necessary, registered for curb-to-curb service with Medina County Public Transit. - Flex (Loop) Service in Medina, Wadsworth and Brunswick are running. - Demand Services (Door to Door) run Monday through Saturday for passengers needing essential transit services. - Call the Transit office Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 2:00pm to schedule a Demand Service trip.

- No cost for loop rides. - No cost for curb-to-curb service for approved rides (donations accepted). - Fixed fee for door-to-door transport to non-essential appointments.

Provides in-home and community based services, including home-delivered (Meals-On-Wheels) and congregate meals, and a variety of cultural, recreational and educational programs, to Medina County residents over the age of 60. Functions as an Aging and Disability Resources Center (ADRC), offering information and assistance, options counseling and benefits screening for older adults and adults with disabilities.
