HOMELESS CRISIS RESPONSE PROGRAM | SHELTERED INC.
The Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program will provide financial assistance and services to prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless and help those who are experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized. The funds under this program are intended to target individuals and families who would be homeless without this assistance. Every household assisted by this program is provided case management to help them identify needs, establish a safe living situation, and to create a plan that connects them to the resouces needed to help them maintain housing. Only help with utility assistance if they are in jeopardy of being evicted.

Eligibility
To be eligible households must meet the following eligibility criteria. Must have an eviction notice or be homeless - either living in an emergency shelter, hotel being paid for by a charitable or public organization. Be at risk of homelessness. If rental deposit they have to be homeless!! Have custody of at least one minor child, and total household income cannot exceed 200% of the federal poverty level guidelines.
