Application process

Application required. Applications may be submitted by: -Contacting the Community Action Partnership to schedule an appointment -Mailing a paper application. Paper applications must be mailed to address listed on the application Note: applications may be started online at https://development.ohio.gov/individual/energy-assistance/apply-now-energy-assistance-programs, however an appointment with CAP is still required to complete the application

Eligibility

Open to residents of Clinton County with a household income at or below 175% of the federal poverty level. Households must also meet one of the following criteria: -include a household member who is age 60 or older or who has a documented medical condition -have a disconnection notice, have been disconnected, or trying to establish new electric service
