Head of household and other adults: Photo ID & proof of address. Children 17 yrs & younger: Medical card, social security card or birth certificate.

Tues-Thurs 12noon-3 pm. Fri 12noon-2:45 pm.

Pantry does not accept referrals from LSS 211 Central Ohio. Clients MUST call the food pantry directly for appointment information. They cannot take walk-ins.
