Application process

First, clients should check to see if Comcast internet service is available in their area (check web site or phone for information). Phone M-F: 8:00am-12:00midnight to start application or may also apply through website anytime, online application may be instantly approved or denied. May also phone for more information or for customer support.

Fixed fee (discounted rate).

Eligibility

Must be receiving federal or state public assistance (Medicaid, Public housing assistance, SNAP, TANF, SSI, LI-HEAP, WIC, VA Pension, Tribal assistance, and/or a child in the National School Lunch Program or Head Start.) Must not have outstanding debt to Comcast that is less than one year old (those with outstanding debt may still qualify). Must live in an area where Comcast is available, but have not subscribed to it within the past 90 days. NOTE: can either have Internet or "Lifeline" phone service not both.
