Description

Provides a 12-month residential program for women recovering from alcohol and substance use disorders. The program's purpose is to ensure abstinence from any mood- or mind-altering substance. Recovering involves a structural program that will lead to the final quest of a new lifestyle. It is the belief of NOAMI that the process of recovery shall include personal development, family mentoring, community awareness, financial independence, job readiness, and relapse prevention. Women's support groups and family support groups are also incorporated as an on-going and effective part of this process. Complete residential treatment and after-care programming is provided.
