Provides job leads, interviewing techniques, assistance with completing applications, guidance in making job choices and planning job strategies, as well as access to an employment resource center with computers, telephones and equipment to help with job searching. Once employment has been obtained, participants will review job retention strategies. Follow-up support and continued on-the-job assistance and support is provided as needed.
