To apply for restoration, applicants must:
- be a resident of Kentucky
- have received a final discharge or expiration of sentence
- not have any pending charges, outstanding warrants, or indictments, and
- not owe any outstanding restitution

Individuals who do not meet criteria for automatic restoration must submit an application for consideration. Applications are available from Probation and Parole Offices, by emailing [email protected], or online.
