Application process

Individuals who do not meet criteria for automatic restoration must submit an application for consideration. Applications are available from Probation and Parole Offices, by emailing [email protected], or online at https://civilrightsrestoration.ky.gov/Pages/application.aspx

To apply for restoration, applicants must:
-be a resident of Kentucky
-have received a final discharge or expiration of sentence
-not have any pending charges, outstanding warrants, or indictments, and
-not owe any outstanding restitution
