Provides a wellness program that for taking healthy actions. For each eligible activity completed, members can earn rewards and then redeem the rewards for gift cards in the Go365 Mall in the app. Rewards earned have no cash value. Offers other rewards and perks such as: post discharge home dlivered meals, portable cribs for newborns, monthly allowance for over-the-counter drugs, GED preparation assistance, couseling sessions for caregivers, and legal and financial services such as living will preparation and discounts on tax preparation assistance.
