Fee

Free. No overdue fines are charged on materials owned by Cleveland Public Library. Materials borrowed through CLEVNET are subject to the policies of the owning library. Some services such as use of photocopiers and TechCentral equipment may charge materials or usage fees.

Eligibility

No restrictions to use services on site. Library cards are issued to those who live, work, go to school or own property in the State of Ohio.
