Conducts a home inspection to identify safety and energy efficiency risks. Provides minor repairs or enhancements to homes based on inspection results, such as sealing drafts, adding insulation, repairing windows and doors, installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and repairing or replacing heating equipment and water heaters.

Eligibility
Open to Campbell County residents who:
- reside in a single family, multi-family, or mobile home, and
- have a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, or
- a member of the household has received assistance from the Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (KTAP) during the past 12 months, or
- the household has been verified as being eligible for LIHEAP bill payment assistance within the past 12 months
