Provides access to the Internet and word processing computers. Provides information and assistance by phone or in person. Offers programming to all ages on a wide variety of topics including story times, exhibits, and special events. Also has applications for the Golden Buckeye card and provides voter registration forms.

Application process
Apply in person for a library card. Catalog of library materials available 24/7 online through web site. Some online services (research database, material holds, etc) require input of library card and pin numbers.
Fee
No fee for first library card. There is a charge for replacement of lost card and overdue library material. Overdue fines for most books and magazines are 20 cents per day; fines for most dvds and blu-ray videos are $1.25 per day. Materials borrowed through the Search Ohio and OhioLink networks may be higher.

Application for library card is open to any Ohio resident.
