The Winter Warmth Program provides free winter coats, hats, gloves, and scarves to Mercer County children and adults in need, on a first come, first served basis. Distribution will be at the Celina First Church of God, 850 Fairground Rd, Celina on a Saturday in October, from 10am until 2pm, or until the coats are gone.
