Description
Provides a bed, shower, breakfast and dinner for guest. The shelter offers a shelter bucks system that guest may do chores to earn bucks and use these to purchase clothes, and other items they have available. This includes birth certificates and ID's if they have no source of income and earn shelter bucks. They work with guest, directing them to programs, sign for the food stamps and health insurance. Works with Greene County housing agencies, providing documents of homelessness. Guest are allowed to use their address, and they hold mail for 2 weeks before "returning to sender".

Bridges Of Hope Emergency Shelter
We currently house an emergency overnight shelter with limited hours in our gymnasium area with separate facilities for men and women. Each guest is fed dinner and breakfast, provided a bed to sleep in and has access to shower facilities.
