Application process
Call the office or the website for more information about the school-based program or to request service. Students are referred to the program through their schools.
Fee
Offers a sliding fee scale based on gross monthly income for non-insured clients. Accepts most types of Medicaid (including CareSource, Buckeye and United Healthcare), Medicare Part B, and eligible insurance programs. The agency will verify coverage/benefits prior to the first session.
Eligibility
Serves children and youth ages 3 to 18 in participating schools in Summit County. The agency retains the right to determine from among applicants for services individuals the agency can serve appropriately, within the limits of their resources and mission.
Languages
Spanish and American Sign Language. Utilizes International Institute for other language interpretation.
