Eligibility
- Serves residents of Minerva Local School District in the Minerva area, Brown Local School District in the Carrollton area, United Local School District in Hanoverton, and Buckeye Local School District in western Columbiana County who have an emergency food need.
- Household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Required documents
- Photo ID.
- Proof of residency if photo ID does not show current address.
- If a client is unable to pick up the emergency food, their representative must provide their own photo ID and a completed Letter of Proxy form.
Hours
4th Friday: 9:00am to 11:00am. Registration begins at 8:00am.
Changes to 3rd Friday in November and December.
