Events may take place after 7:00am-10:00pm. Events that may run later than 10:00pm require prior approval.

Application process

Minimum of one week notice for events. Must make request to serve alcohol in writing. Must file requests for events that run later than 10:00pm in writing and must receive approval prior to the event. Security is required.

Fees

Fixed fee; cost varies depending on the room. May reduce fee by doing own setup. Non-profit organization may receive a discount. A deposit of up to 75% of the total fee is required prior to the event.

Description

Offers more than a dozen spaces, including rooms, large open indoor areas, and outdoor areas for meetings, conferences, special events, and classes. The largest space accommodates 180 people in a banquet setup. Offers a wide range of equipment needed, including electronic sound system, projector, microphone etc. Event setup is also available.
