Offers home delivered meals, both hot and frozen, for people who are homebound, unable to prepare meals, or have no one to help. The need may be temporary or long-term. Dietary accommodations include kosher, diabetic-friendly, gluten-free, renal, and cardiac therapeutic meals. Case managers work closely with clients to address nutritional needs.

Eligibility
Serves residents of Summit, Portage, and Cuyahoga counties who meet eligibility criteria including clients who are over age 60, disabled, and/or homebound and unable to prepare meals. Individuals using waiver programs must undergo an assessment through the Area Agency on Aging or Job and Family Services case manager who coordinates referrals to Mobile Meals.
