Provides outpatient mental health counseling services including trauma-responsive and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Provides counseling for anxiety, Depression, PTSD, life adjustments, grief, chronic stress, chronic health conditions, and so forth. Specialty counseling services include Art Therapy, Embodied Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Sessions may take place in person or virtually.
