Eligibility
Adults 18 or older who reside in the Shaker Heights school district and who are permanently or temporarily homebound.
Required documents
Must have a valid library card to take out materials. To obtain a library card will need a photo I.D. with current Ohio home address. If photo I.D. doesn't have current address bring documentation such as a utility bill. Three for Me or Adult Temporary card may be obtained without photo I.D.
