Application process
Those wishing to speak at a meeting may send a written request to the Treasurer of the Board preferably a week, but no later than two (2) working days, before the date of the meeting. The request should state the general subject(s) to be addressed and include the name, address and telephone number of the person making the request. Persons may also sign up to speak before the Board upon arrival prior to the start of the Board meeting. Each speaker is limited to a total of three (3) minutes of speaking time.
