- Applicants' annual household income must be within the low-income limit set by HUD, which cannot exceed 50% of the median income for the area.
- Each person who is to reside in the household must be a US citizen or non-citizen with eligible immigration status.
- Individuals applying for a senior unit must meet be 62 years of age or older.
- Individuals applying for a disabled unit must have a documented disability.
