Serves students new to the Woodridge Local Schools district. For Kindergarten Registration: Child must be 5 on or before August 1st.
After making the appointment and completing the online registration forms, you will need to bring the following items with you to your appointment: - Photo ID of the parent/guardian. - Immunization records. - Birth Certificate (from the bureau of Vital Statistics). - Social Security Card of the child. - Proof of Woodridge residency of child and parent/guardian (consisting of a deed, rental agreement, (with all parties, including the students and the residential and custodial parent, listed), gas or electric utility bill in parent/guardian's name, building permit, or completion of Form 5111 F2a and F2b.) - Custody Papers (allocating parental rights and responsibilities or other documents allocating custody or guardianship, if the student is not living with both natural parents). - I.E.P./M.F.E. (If pertinent to your child). - High School Students need Transcripts (Mandatory for Grades 10 - 12) or Current Report Card (Grades K - 9). - O.A.A. (Ohio Achievement Assessment) Scores from Previous School (for Grade 4 students only).

If you do not have access to a computer at home or at a public library to register online call the administrative office Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 2:30pm to schedule an appointment to use a school district computer to register online. Once the forms are completed call the administrative office to make an appointment.
