Handles complaints against juveniles regarding delinquent behaviors (crimes) or unruly behaviors such as truancy, runaways, breaking curfew, and making disturbances. After complaint is made, an investigation is done to see if there is probable cause and if diversion is appropriate before a hearing is scheduled.
