Eligibility

- Serves residents of Carroll, Stark and Tuscarawas counties who are either hard of hearing, deaf, deaf/blind or part of a family with deaf members or hard of hearing members. - Serves those whose first language is American Sign Language. - Does not serve older hearing adults who are losing their hearing.

Provides support services, interpreting, leadership, advocacy and education. TRAID is one of deaf-managed and deaf-operated Community Centers for the Deaf (CCD) of the 10 CCDs in Ohio.
