Licking County residents 60 years or over.

Required documents

A consent agreement must be signed by the property owner before service can be rendered.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Call 740-345-0821 and follow the prompts to speak with a Client Services Coordinator.

Fees

Donations are appreciated but are not required. Depending on the chore, the homeowner may be required to purchase the necessary equipment to perform the job. This will be discussed at intake.

Description

Services include: Heavy household cleaning including washing walls and ceilings; washing the outside of windows; washing the inside of difficult-to-reach windows; removing, cleaning, and re-hanging curtains or drapery and shampooing carpets. Household maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, replacing smoke detectors, lighting a pilot light, repairing/replacing damaged window or door screens, or changing a furnace filter. Seasonal outdoor maintenance, including cleaning gutters and downspouts; removing leaves; power washing; or installing existing storm windows. We also install grab bars for showers.

Licking County Aging Partners

Founded in 1972, Licking County Aging Partners (LCAP) started as a group of caring individuals dedicated to feeding home-bound older adults. Today LCAP is the largest community partner in Licking County for adults 60 years and older. We have everything from transportation to meals, activities, resources, and education. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for Licking County seniors by contributing to their independence and healthy lifestyles. With the help of nearly 100 employees, LCAP is more than dedicated to ensuring that Licking County residents can flourish and age independently in the comfort of their own homes.
