Applications can be filled out at any center or by a phone appointment. Please bring birth certificate, soc. sec. card, shot records, and income verification

Eligibility
All children must be income eligible. Early Head Start serves pregnant mothers to 5 yr. olds and Head Start preschool serves 3 to 5 yrs olds and their families.
