Application process
Intake is initiated before release by the inmate's case worker at the correctional facility or through a direct referral form the courts. There is a waiting list for this service.
Fee
Household pays 30% of their gross adjusted monthly income towards rent and utilities.
Eligibility
Referrals directly through prisons and local courts. Serves ex offenders in Cuyahoga County. Applicant must be currently incarcerated in an Ohio prison or have been incarcerated within the last 120 days in an Ohio prison. Must have a documented disability (AIDS/HIV; severe mental health disability; severe substance abuse/addiction disorder). Must be homeless upon release from prison.
