Eligibility
Serves individuals 18 years and older who have or who are willing to be assessed for a mental health diagnosis.
Required documents
Bring State issued Identification and Insurance card(s). If you do not have one or both of these we may be able to help you obtain one or both.
Hours
Mon-Fri 8am-3pm. Some limited weekend and evening programs are offered to members.

Application process
Bring Insurance Card and Identification. If you do not have them, Peer Supporters may be able to help you obtain these. Intakes are Drop in from 8am-3pm daily, first come, first serve basis. Expect an hour to complete the intake process.
Fees
We accept Medicaid but no one is turned away. The services you receive may be dictated by the type of insurance you have.
