Parent consent form for those younger than 18 years of age.
Workshops and storytelling hours vary. Networking meeting is the 4th Friday of the month: 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Phone or go online to web site for information 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week and leave a message. May also contact organization by e-mail if requesting a storyteller.

May be a fee for organizations to book service.

Description

Offers training/workshops, curriculum guides, networking opportunities, research, and mentoring for new storytellers. Provides training in the art of storytelling to pass on the skill as it exists in the African tradition. Skills include increasing literacy, vocabulary, communication, presentation skills, confidence,and poise. Provides storytelling performances and assistance in obtaining Master Tellers for cultural events. Meets periodically for networking.
