Description
Provides no-interest home improvement loans to older Lakewood residents for repairs, improvements or to add or to improve wheelchair accessibility in the home (such as install a ramp or add an ADA bathroom). Loan can be up to $25,000. There are no monthly payments - loan becomes due only when borrower sells the property or dies.
