Description

Handles a specialized docket of drug-related cases. Offers specialized information and support to first-time offenders of drug possession or drug abuse. Offenders accepted into this program will be able to plead guilty to a misdemeanor instead of a felony and the case will remain in the municipal court instead of moving to the county court.
