-Rent must be paid to the owner of the property as described on the lease and Auditor website (no direct payments to clients) -Landlord must have a w-9 on file -Clients must be listed on the lease (no subletting) -Maximum rental assistance amount -Nonsubsidized rentals - $200 max -Subsidized (metro) rentals - $150 (no more than 1 month paid) -Households are eligible 1 per rolling 12 month period for either partial rent or a utility payment.

Mon-Fri 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.

Call for appointment. Intakes (requests for appointments) are made the first Monday of each month for the following month. Please have your landlord information available. Intake calls will be returned within 2 business days. Appointments will be set upon receipt of paperwork from landlord.
